Stargazing Evening in the Vineyard

Introducing Calamus Estate Winery Stargazing Nights 2022.

2022 Stargazing nights will be hosted on Wednesdays and due to sellout are offered to wine club members first.

Experience an evening of Great Wine, Great food, Great views and GREAT Dancing Fun!

Royal Astronomical Society of Canada: Niagara Centre will be taking over our telescope and providing our guests with a once in a lifetime experience. The telescope is located in our Chronos Observatory Tower and in the vineyard for your viewing. Lawn Games will be placed in vineyard.

We start with a Special themed toasting cocktail when you arrive complimentary

Crispy Romaine tossed in Caesar dressing and sprinkled with Padano and bacon

Penne Alfredo

Hand tossed in our signature creamy alfredo sauce.

Basa Fillet

Served with Calamus White wine lemon cream sauce and herbs

Chicken Supreme

Stuffed with prosciutto, spinach, ricotta and served with asiago cream sauce

Seasonal Vegetables

Freshly sliced seasonal vegetables grilled with olive oil and fresh herbs.

Roasted Potatoes

Assorted Desserts of handmade Cannoli’s, Squares and Cakes

Bar Service

Both retail store and outside barn bar are open for the entire evening for you to purchase wine by the bottle (no corkage fees, at retail pricing) or by the glass. Great Lakes brewery craft beer and alcohol menu also available in the outside bar to be purchased by the glass. Cash outside bar, Credit and debit accepted in retail store

NOTE: You are seated outside in our covered event venue overlooking the waterfall gardens and vineyard. Seating takes place for tables of 2 on our wrought iron tables for tables over 4 will be seated on own at our beautiful wooden harvest tables. If you are attending with a group and book separately, please note in the comments who you would like to be seated with. Groups over 8 will be placed next to each other.
